The NT4 production facility is a modern manufacturing plant with an adjoining office building located in Pécs. GLT Delta is responsible for the complete building services installation of the facility, which has a gross floor area of approximately 3,500 m². One of the key elements of the project is the installation of the building's heating and cooling systems. The required thermal energy is supplied by two high-capacity outdoor heat pumps. In the production hall, a unit heater-based heating and cooling system has been installed to ensure effective temperature control throughout the large industrial space. In contrast, the office areas are equipped with floor-mounted fan coil units, providing individual heating and cooling for each room. In addition to the comfort HVAC systems, the project also includes mechanical installations for industrial processes, requiring careful consideration of the specific technical requirements of the manufacturing operations. The aim of this comprehensive project is to create a fully integrated building services system that meets both the technical demands of the production facility and the comfort requirements of the office environment.
