As part of the project, we delivered the complete cooling and heating energy centre for two high-rise buildings in Vienna. The works were successfully completed within just 3 months instead of the originally planned 6-month construction period, while still meeting the required deadline. The buildings’ energy supply is provided by seven high-capacity heat pumps combining multiple energy sources: water from the Danube, geothermal ground probes and ambient air. This combination enables the system to provide highly efficient, sustainable and reliable operation for both high-rise buildings. |
