The project involved the installation of a ventilation and air distribution system at a food production facility. Outdoors, we installed two new rooftop HVAC units along with the associated ductwork. The outdoor air ducts were prefabricated based on on-site 3D laser scanning, ensuring precise dimensions and efficient installation. Indoors, we installed a Prihoda fabric air duct system, which ensures even distribution of conditioned air throughout the production hall while also providing a distinctive visual appearance. Thanks to accurate digital surveying and prefabrication, material waste was reduced to less than 3%, while on-site installation time was significantly shortened. As a result, the project was successfully completed ahead of schedule.
