GLT Delta Kft. was responsible for the installation of an air handling plant as part of the renovation of the Palatinus Grand Hotel, located in the heart of Pécs. One of the main challenges of the project was the hotel's city-centre location and the resulting logistical and transportation constraints. In addition, the existing historic building structure and limited available space made precise planning and preparation essential. To address these challenges, the project began with detailed 3D laser scanning, allowing us to accurately assess the existing building conditions. Using the collected data, we carried out detailed design and prefabrication, ensuring that the system components could be precisely adapted to the available space before on-site installation. Thanks to thorough preparation, the use of 3D technology and prefabrication, we successfully installed a modern building services plant tailored to the specific characteristics of the existing building, despite the significant space constraints.
