Scope of work:

• Rebuilding 3D BIM models based on existing construction drawings
• Fabrication and installation of support structures for prefabricated mechanical and process systems
• Installation of the complete mechanical system

As part of the manufacturing plant project in Jászfényszaru, we completely rebuilt the 3D BIM models within just a few weeks based on the existing construction drawings. The models were then coordinated with the designs of the other disciplines, allowing us to identify and resolve all clashes and discrepancies.

Thanks to precise and well-coordinated BIM design, the complete support structure for the building services and process systems was prefabricated and installed in just one week. The prefabricated piping systems could then be lifted directly into position, significantly accelerating the installation process.

As a result, the building services and process systems were completed exceptionally quickly while maintaining a high standard of quality, significantly reducing the overall project duration.
